Corporate law, sometimes called “company law“, refers to the legal framework and regulations that govern the establishment, operation, and dissolution of corporations or companies. Corporate law deals with issues such as the formation and structuring of corporations, the rights and responsibilities of shareholders and directors, corporate governance practices, compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual relationships with stakeholders, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and capital raising, intellectual property protection, and legal disputes involving corporations.
Commercial Law, sometimes called “business law“, involves matters related to trade, commercial transactions, and business deals. It covers the purchase and transfer of rights, patents, intellectual property, and tangible/intangible goods and services.

Civil Litigation
Civil litigation refers to the legal process of resolving disputes between individuals, organizations, or entities through the court system. It involves a non-criminal legal action brought by one party, known as the plaintiff, against another party, known as the defendant, seeking a legal remedy or resolution.

Administrative Law

It establishes principles and safeguards to prevent abuse of power, arbitrary decision-making, or violations of individuals’ rights by administrative bodies. Administrative law also provides mechanisms for judicial review, allowing individuals or organizations affected by administrative decisions to challenge them in court if they believe their rights have been infringed or the decision was unlawful.
This Chambers has acted independently, and in collaboration with Senior Counsel on various constitutional matters, including matters pertaining to the breach of statutory duty by public authorities, judicial reviews, and injunctions.
